What this website and the waitlist keep.

Who we are

FlowTrade is the trading service of PulsarOS Intelligence Inc. (Corp #17777191, BN 730610631RC0001), a federal Canadian corporation under the Canada Business Corporations Act. The founder is the person in charge of the protection of personal information.

What this policy covers

This website (flowtrade.ca), its demo and its waitlist. The FlowTrade app for Mac keeps its own data on your Mac and comes with its own notice.

Browsing this site

• No cookies, no trackers, no analytics, no advertising. The site loads nothing from any other company.
• Our web server writes a short technical log of each request: the network address it came from, the time, the page asked for and your browser’s name. We use it only to keep the site running and safe.
• Your browser keeps two small choices for this site, on your device only: whether you paused the page’s motion, and whether you already joined the waitlist from this browser. They never leave your browser. You can clear them by clearing this site’s data in your browser.
• The demo runs entirely in your browser. Nothing you do in it is sent anywhere.

Joining the waitlist

When you join, we keep:

• your email address, encrypted;
• when you joined, the page you joined from, and the words you agreed to.

We use your email for one purpose: to tell you about FlowTrade opening to you. We don’t sell, rent or share it, and we don’t use it for advertising. The waitlist’s records are kept on a server we rent in Canada (in Quebec), outside the website’s public folder.

To stop abuse, the server briefly remembers how often a network address tried to join in the last few minutes. It does not write that address to the waitlist.

How long we keep it

Until you leave the list, or until FlowTrade has opened to you and you have had the chance to decide, whichever comes first. When you leave, your email is erased from the waitlist’s records, not just hidden.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, withdraw your consent, and have it removed. Every waitlist email carries a link that removes you in one click; or write to hello@flowtrade.ca. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the privacy authority where you live; in Quebec, the Commission d’accès à l’information.

Email to and from us

Messages you send to hello@flowtrade.ca are delivered by Google Workspace, which may store them outside Canada. Before we send the first waitlist email, we will name here the service that sends it.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be here, with its date. If a change affects how we use your email, we will tell you before it applies.
