Using this website and the waitlist.
These terms cover flowtrade.ca, its demo and its waitlist. The FlowTrade app will come with its own terms, which you will see before you use it.
1. Who we are
FlowTrade is the trading service of PulsarOS Intelligence Inc. (Corp #17777191, BN 730610631RC0001), a federal Canadian corporation under the Canada Business Corporations Act, which runs this website. Postal address: FlowTrade, c/o PulsarOS Intelligence Inc., 638 Center Street, Suite 408, Ottawa, Ontario, K1K 5A6, Canada. Contact: hello@flowtrade.ca.
2. Information, not advice or an offer
The site describes how FlowTrade works. It is not investment, legal or tax advice, and it is not an offer to trade anything, anywhere. Read the risks before deciding anything.
3. The demo
The demo runs in your browser on made-up prices and made-up money, with a demo rule and an agent whose answers are written in advance. Nothing in it is connected to an exchange, and nothing in it says what FlowTrade would earn.
4. The waitlist
- Joining is free and commits you to nothing. It doesn’t reserve a price, a date or a place to trade.
- We plan to invite people in the order they joined. We will only invite people where FlowTrade can be offered, so some places may wait longer or not be invited at all.
- One email per person. Joins made by programs or with addresses that aren’t yours can be removed.
5. What belongs to whom
The FlowTrade name, its marks, this site’s words, pictures and code are owned by PulsarOS Intelligence Inc., the company behind FlowTrade. You may link to any page and quote a short passage with a link back. The names of other products and companies on this site belong to their owners and are used only to say what FlowTrade works with.
6. No promise about the site
We work to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided as it is, and it can change, be wrong in places, or be offline. To the extent the law allows, PulsarOS Intelligence Inc. is not liable for losses that come from using this site, its demo or its waitlist.
7. Changes and law
We may update these terms; the version here, with its date, is the one that applies. These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, and the courts of Ontario sitting in Ottawa decide any dispute, unless the consumer law where you live gives you the right to go to your own courts.
